Vacío habitable

To inhabit oneself is a continuous act in which identity and time come together like invisible matter. Within it, silence and mystery preserve the integrity of what remains hidden, in process, safeguarding its transformative essence. Ahí, the self affirms itself in continuous presence: soul, encounter, embodied memory. Intimacy is force and structure, a living expression that moves through and shapes the experience of the habitable void. It is a territory of connection with who we are, a meeting place between body and spirit, between the personal and the collective.

3. Description

Habitable Void reproduces the features and contours of my face, becoming an intimate and expanded portrait. Weaving becomes a meditative and ritual act, in which each stitch inscribes time, memoria, and vital energy. The use of the mask as a symbol points to a space that is at once empty and inhabitable. The work conveys a sculptural and ceremonial force, inviting us to think of portraiture not as mere likeness, but as a living archive of interiority and transformation.
