"DHYANA" is a space for meditation, which seeks to transform consciousness and awakening from the world of daydreams in which the chain of thoughts immerses us. Through the mind and body as a reflection of the world I represent zazen (seated meditation) as a practice of self-discovery that helps us to live fully and achieve inner peace.
