Harold López (b. 1977) is a Cuban visual artist and graduate of the San Alejandro Fine Arts Academy. His work has been showcased in solo exhibitions such as Recent Work (2019) at the Gallery of the Customs in Barranquilla, Colombia; Stand By (2017) at Villa Manuela Gallery in Havana; and Fragmented Discourse Vol. II (2016) at IVEC in Veracruz, Mexico. His artistic journey has also been marked by participation in major group exhibitions, including HB, a collateral event of the XII Havana Biennial at the Alicia Alonso Great Theater (2019); Identity and Difference at Palazzo Ca’ Zenobio in Venice, Italy (2019); and The Longest Trip at Tianqiao Arts Center in Beijing, China (2018). Beyond his artistic practice, López plays an active role in the Cuban art scene as the First Vice President of the Association of Plastic Artists at UNEAC, a member of the Advisory Commission of the National Council of Visual Arts, and a member of the Technical-Artistic Commission of the company Génesis.
