The work refers to a sacred building. It presents a circular plan that, by making an analogy between Buddha and the sun, can be interpreted as if it were the symbol that represents religion. It is similar to the Temple of Heaven, an architectural work loaded with cultural significance, first built in the early 15th century by the Yongle Emperor.
