The box / La caja
My work is my own narration through a constant self-reference and autobiography by means of the manifestation of my personal identity through corporeal expression. The works are born of a creative drive from a constant game with my reality, which then leads to a reflective process that puts me in dialogue with conceptions that end up becoming the conceptual argument. I carry out a kind of naive art where images emerge when there is a need in me to manifest myself. Thus, I can spend hours taking pictures that evolve at the rhythm of my own movement and dynamism with my body. Phenomenologically, one first perceives and experiences the effect and then looks for the cause, so my work constitutes a kind of self-reflection that is discovered through an embodied language with the sole purpose of the simple act of manifesting myself. It can be considered that my creative process is rather an identitary and intimate process with the objective of manifesting my sensibility through visual language.
