Submerged desert (reliefs) / Desierto sumergido (relieves)

Sacred Geometry is the name of a series that straddles the line between sculpture and textile art; it explores nature's codes, representing the natural world through geometric-mathematical forms—as if science were the divine language in which the universe is written. Consequently, the work is built from simple geometric shapes like the triangle; when repeated, these create more elaborate forms, much like chemistry combines repeating elements to build complex structures. This series seeks to highlight the connections between things, using lines to make visible the space between points—whether they are the apparent lines we trace between stars to form a constellation or the energy existing between the atoms that make up matter.
