About Artist
She holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Art and Cultural Heritage Conservation, working as a visual artist, restorer, heritage researcher, and artisan. She integrates this diverse expertise into her artistic practice, consistently maintaining a sculptural approach in her pieces while incorporating elements of both science and nature.She has held solo exhibitions and participated in numerous group shows since 2008, ranging from early exhibitions to the 15th Havana Biennial’s Los otros caminos de la seda (2025). She has also engaged in collective art projects and collaborations—including workshops and exhibitions—most notably "Speakeasy" with the group Balada Tropical at the 13th Havana Biennial; "Topography Tour" at Galería Acacia (2024); and the seventh edition of the Class-Room art-pedagogy project at the San Alejandro National Academy of Fine Arts, where she also served as a printmaking instructor (under the UNESCO and European Union TRANSCULTURA program).
