    Artwork Statement

The works are made from nails and wood as fundamental materials in the formal and conceptual aspects. The nails are used to draw by perforating the wood, generating a pointillist effect. From a distance, the view of the halo is clearer and as we get closer, a chaotic framework appears. Wood and nails were primary tools for building but were also present in many crucifixions, martyrdoms and tortures.
