Yordan Duke
Yordan Duke Lazo (Havana, 1983) is a visual artist and photographer. Between 2016 and 2018, he completed a Diploma in Graphic Design, a Diploma in Advertising and Marketing, and an Artistic Photography course at institutions in Havana. Previously, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical and Theological Studies from the “Rafael Cepeda Clemente” Higher Institute of Biblical and Theological Studies.
He has developed an exhibition career that includes solo shows such as En la Franja de lo Marginal (2014), Ídolos y Sacrificios (2022), Espacio and Paisaje Humano (2023), presented at galleries and cultural spaces in Havana. His work has also been featured in group exhibitions and projects related to contemporary photography and digital art, including Cíclope: Charlas sobre la novísima fotografía cubana, Noviembre Fotográfico, Luz a tu propia química, Una hoja en el viento, as well as NFT projects such as Black Circle and NFT Cuba Art.
