    Artwork Statement

Architecture is not merely a repository of memory or a representation of the vessel of time and space—a shelter for enduring survival. This façade also embodies a state of mind that, from my perspective, nuances the issue at hand. Thus, the high-relief terracotta—acting as an organic extension of the architectural volume—transforms the union of this façade and its objects into a pattern of personal and anonymous stories. The collection of objects and its inherent power recount part of the history of a generation and its unfulfilled dreams. To them, I offer a somber tribute; for other generations, it serves as a reflection.
