Amalia Abreu Díaz was born in 1999, in Pinar del Río. She is a young Cuban artist who studied at the San Alejandro National Academy of Fine Arts (2015-2019) in Havana. After passing through the academy she continued her studies at the Higher Institute of Arts (ISA) in 2019, where she is currently in the final year of her degree. Adriana Pérez Mugía (b. 1985) is a Cuban visual artist and art educator whose work explores symbolic language and intimate narratives.
