This series was carried out in one of Cuba's main cemeteries, the Colón Cemetery, located in the Capital. In its beginnings it was located on the outskirts of the city, but the gradual growth of the city has surrounded it, leaving the Necropolis within the Metropolis.
The title responds to the condition of being alive and trying to explain death and being dead and not knowing or being able to explain it. The main meaning of the piece is the life-death relationship and the possibility of locating the viewer right in the thin limit, where both spaces are appreciated with equal prominence and interaction. As the series advances the limit is lost, giving the sensation of fusion between both spaces.
