
Carlos Quintana
Carlos Quintana, born in Havana in 1966, is a renowned Cuban artist recognized for his contributions to contemporary Cuban art. A graduate of the San Alejandro Academy and the Instituto de Diseño in Havana, Quintana has been actively exhibiting his work since 1987 in prestigious galleries and cultural institutions across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Quintana's art has been featured in notable exhibitions, including Almacén de antigüedades at the Twelfth Havana Biennial (2015), Nada at the National Museum of Fine Arts in Havana (2011), and Carlos Quintana: 8cho at Habana Gallery (2009). His international reach includes shows at Arario Gallery in Beijing (2008) and Artificial Gallery in Madrid (2007), among others.
