    Artwork Statement

Pez sin cola is a multidisciplinary project in progress that is subdivided into three series: "Genesis", "Burning Bush", "4 Horsemen". This work symbolically represents invalidity, dispossession or the surplus of something. It is born from discomfort before the feeling of captivity where the living being can instinctively mutilate itself to achieve freedom. Where something prevents or imprisons us from greatness; like a fish without a tail that cannot swim. Showy tails are shown, full of life, that almost seem to swim alone in the water, like the spirit of freedom, like the tail of a lizard that keeps moving after being cut off.It is a work in homage to freedom and transformation.
